Welcome TO The Priscilla For Boston Website city council

We Are Building a Truly Progressive Agenda for Boston - Together!

A Message From Priscilla

Dear Neighbors and Fellow Change Makers,

I'm running for an at Large At-Large seat on the Boston City Council. As a life-long Bostonian who is deeply invested in the future of our city and its neighborhoods, I want to ensure that Boston remains a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable place to live and work.

I attended the Boston Public Schools system and was fortunate enough to earn a Master’s degree from Cambridge College in Cambridge Massachusetts in 1986. But today, for so many members of our neighborhoods, it feels like the Boston Public Schools version of this the American Dream is becoming harder to grasp.

As your At-Large City Council member, I would build on my progressive experience championing economic development, community engagement, affordable housing, jobs and justice by continuing to fight to ensure good living wages through good job standards. I would also draw on my professional background working in city hall on budgeting, senior services, and other issues. I look forward to using my unique perspective and  experience to be a new inclusive voice for our city and its neighborhoods on the Boston City Council.

As your City Councilor, I will address the top priority issues of our city, including:

  • Economic Development
  • Housing and Gentrification
  • Education
  • Healthcare
  • Poverty
  • Diversity and Inclusiveness
  • Public Safety
  • Infrastructure
  • Budgets
  • Youth Services
  • Senior Services
  • Drug addiction
  • Clean Energy and Reducing Plastic Pollution

As a progressive activist, facilitator, organizer and a strategic planner, I know how to build inclusive coalitions, create progressive policies, advocate for my constituents and work throughout all the Boston neighborhoods.

I am a problem solver, and I want to be your problem solver. Together let's make Boston, Better!
